TEAM JUDUSITA PA MANNA IMPLEMENTS THE EXECUTION SITE
www.pa-manna.go.id | Thursday (28/06) The Manna Juvenile Judiciary Team sees execution in 2 (two) different places in one day. This is based on the Decision Letter of the Chairman of the Religious Court of Manna regarding the order of execution seizure implementation with Number. 0008 / Pdt.Eks / 2018 / PA.Mna and Number. 0009 / Pdt.Eks / 2018 / PA.Mna.
The Manna Jaya Religious Courts Team chaired by Dimra (Jurusita), Amril (Witness), M. Amin, SHI (Witness) and Thomas Yandi (Member) execute seizure of the land and house in 2 (two) different places in 1 ( one day).
Imposition seizure execution of goods belonging to the requested execution commenced at 09.00 WIB and held first in the first place in the Village Padang Manis Manna District. Then after finishing in the first place, the team went on to the second place in Gunung Sakti village of Manna Emergency from 11.00 am until finished.
In executing this execution seizure, the Manna Religious Court cooperates with the police and the local village apparatus. This is done to avoid the things that are not desirable as well as to help the confiscation process this time can run smoothly and in control.
In the confiscation of this execution as usual Petitioner and the Respondent and witnesses present at the place of execution took place with the beginning of the reading of the Sita News Event Execution by the Jurusita. Then proceed with checking and measuring object confiscated execution in the form of land and house.
Alhamdulillah the event and the process of seizure of execution carried out in these two places run smoothly and as desired by the signing of the Minutes of Sita Execution by the parties.
