Procedures
The information service procedure in the court consists of:
1. Ordinary Procedure
The stages in obtaining information are as follows:
The applicant completes the Information Request Form provided by the Court and provides a copy to the Applicant.
Information Officer fills the Register. The Information Officer immediately forwards the application form to the Information Responsible Unit in the relevant work unit / unit, if the requested information does not include information that access requires permission from the PPID.
The Information Officer immediately forwards the application form to the PPID if the requested information includes information on which access requires permission from the PPID for the consequence test.
The PPID conducts consequence tests based on Article 17 of the Public Information Disclosure Act against the submitted application.
Within 5 (five) working days after receiving the application, PPID delivers written notification to the Information Officer, if the application is rejected.
Within 5 (five) working days after receiving the application, the PPID asks the Information Person in charge in the relevant work unit / unit to find and estimate the duplication costs and the time needed to copy the requested information and write it in the PPID Model B Written Notification within the duration of 3 (three) working days and submit it back to the PPID for signature, if the application is received.
The Information Officer submits the Written Notification as referred to in points 6 or 7 to the Information Applicant no later than 1 (one) business day after the notification is received.
Information Officers provide an opportunity for the Applicant if they want to see the requested information first, before deciding whether or not to copy the information.
In the event that the Applicant decides to obtain a photocopy of the information, the Applicant pays the cost of obtaining information to the Information Officer and the Information Officer provides a receipt (Format for Receipt of Doubling Information in Attachment VII).
In the event that the requested information is available in electronic documents (softcopy), the Information Officer on the same day sends the information to the Applicant’s e-mail or stores the information to an electronic document storage tool provided by the Applicant without charging a fee.
2. Special Procedures
The applicant completes the application form provided by the Court.Information Officer fills the Register.The Information Officer is assisted by the Information Person in the work unit / unit related to seeking information requested by the Applicant and estimating the cost of obtaining information and the time needed for its assessment.
If the requested information is available and does not require a PPID permit, the Information Officer writes information about the estimated cost of information and the time needed for the duplication in the application form that has been filled by the Applicant.The process for payment, copying and submission of copies of information to the Applicant in the Special Procedure, is the same as that stipulated in the Ordinary Procedure in points 10 to 15.Information Officers provide an opportunity for the Applicant if they want to see the requested information first, before deciding whether or not to copy the information.Time period
Time contained in the Written Notification or at the latest within 2 (two) working days after the Applicant pays the information acquisition fee. An extension of time can be made for 1 (one) working day if the information blurring process is needed and for 3 (three) working days if the requested information is large volume.
Whereas for special procedures the time needed for duplication in the application form that has been filled by the Applicant.
Cost

Product services provided are in the form of information that must be announced, information that is accessible to the public and has been recorded in the List of Public Information and is available (for example: it has been typed or received from another party or court) or information that is not expressly included in the category of information that must be announced or information that must be available at any time and can be accessed by the public or information that is expressly stated as confidential information so that it must be licensed and decided by the PPID.
Procedure for filing objections and handling them Objection is submitted by the Public Information Applicant within 30 (thirty) working days after the reason for the objection is found.The superior of the official responds to the objection submitted by the Public Information Applicant within a period of at least 30 (thirty) working days from the receipt of the written objection.Written reasons are included with responses if the official’s superior confirms the decisions determined by his subordinates.
