www.pa-manna.go.id | Monday (07/05) At 08.30 WIB at the Big Meeting Room of PA Manna was held a meeting in order to deliver the result of Sector Supervisory Judges (HAWASBID) Report. The submission of HAWABIS report from January to March 2018 was delivered directly by Vice Chairman of PA Manna, Rusdi, S.Ag., MH, and was attended by all PA Manna employees.
From the results of the Report submitted by the Vice Chairman, there are several issues in administration area that should be fixed in the future. In general administration, for example, the Institution should utilize the CPNS Cakim (Candidates for Civil Servants Nominee for Judge) so that they could help the job in PA Manna. For the finger print scan machine for absence, it should be support with UPS baterry so that if the power off / blackout, we the function of it still running well.
In the area of financial administration (regarding DIPA) there aren’t any issue, but for the procurement (on goods and services) should be better in future; using e-catalog and to purchase the printer as it need to be add.
For the area of case reports, there are many issue of cases that have not been minutated by the Clerk / Clerk Substitute, from January to March, 2018, even for cases in 2017. Well, this kind of matters should be immediately followed up as soon as possible with related parties.
Not only that, the issues could be found in the field of administrative court where the wrong typing on date, date of birth or lack of initial in minutation. Therefore, it is important for the Substitute Clerk to be more accurate on documents handled.
In cases administration there is an issue that there a minutated case but it haven’t noted in registered book yet, such as no. 0070 / Pdt.G / 2018 PBT and minutation which haven’t been noted in register. Therefore there should be better coordination between Substitute Clerk, the Bailiffs, and the registration officer.
Last but not least from Vice Chairman of PA Manna convey in the public service, especially on information desk, complaint table and information system are expected to make a coordination more often with Young Clerk or the Clerk first, before directly requiring a consultation with the Judge.
An issue regarding information technology and SIPP (Case Search Information System) to upgraded it, specially website maintaining and the internet facility which may often occurs an error, as it was the main capital in performing SIPP which need a smooth connection in order to resulting best work in handing a case.
Before closing the submission of this HAWASBID report, Vice Chairman of PA Manna advised the entire ranks of the Manna Religious Court to continue improving the performance for the foreseeable future. Because the issues obtained are not only to be known but it need to be improved and evaluated for the advancement of the Manna Religious Court future. {KIM}
