www.pa-manna.go.id | Tuesday (08/14) No matter how good the mediator is if one of them does not have good intentions, mediation will not be possible. Therefore, the lack of success in mediation in the religious court requires a mediator to play an active role in reconciling the litigants. So, Perma No. 1 of 2016 concerning mediation procedures re-emphasizes the function and role of mediators in the mediation process.
That is why, the level of success of mediation is also strongly influenced by the attitude and quality of mediators from certified judges and non-judges. Alhamdulillah, on Monday, August 13, 2018 a mediator judge of the Religious Court Manna Rusdi, S.Ag again succeeded in reconciling the parties. Not only 1 case was successfully reconciled in the mediation process this time but it was unusual for 2 cases to be mediated by ending peacefully in one day.
The case which was successfully mediated was a divorce case with the case number 0395 / Pdt.G / 2018 / P.Mna registered to the Manna PA since July 23, 2018 and the case divorced divorce number. 0414 / Pdt.G / 2018 / P.Mna and registered on July 30, 2018. The two cases were handled by a panel of judges consisting of Ahmad Ridho Ibrahim (Chief Judge), Sudiliharti (Member Judge 1) and Fahmi Hamzah Rifai (Member Judge 2).
The success of reconciling the parties whose households are troubled cannot be separated from the expertise of a mediator in mediating them. By understanding the problem, exploring the character, being neutral, building good communication, and most importantly the commitment to love peace they finally agreed to re-knit a family mess that was almost in disarray.
Hopefully in the future more and more cases will be reconciled by mediators everywhere, especially in the Manna Religious Court. And the parties will again smile with the reuniting of two love that had stretched. Aamiin. {KIM}
