Court Service Standards have a standard public service charge that is in line with Article 21 of Law No. 25 of 2009. The article mandates that there must be 14 points contained in each standard of public service, including systems, mechanisms and procedures; period of completion; fees / rates; amenities; executive performance evaluation.
Court Service Standards consist of case and non-case services. The service standard will also apply as a service standard for national and court courts, as well as for work units. Court service standards mandate the establishment of service standards for smaller work units to be adapted to their respective characteristics, for example geographical conditions and case characteristics.
