www.pa-manna.go.id | Domestic violence or commonly known as Domestic Violence is one of the causes of the many divorces that occur in a marriage relationship in the household sphere.
Not only that, domestic violence not only affects the breaking of a marriage bond, but more than that, domestic violence in a family also adversely affects the physical, psychological and harmonious relationship between wife, husband and child.
If in a household there is no harmony again, there are many problems until the occurrence of acts of violence, then most of the solutions always end up on the table. This can be seen from the increasing percentage of divorce by reason of domestic violence in almost every court that handles it.
In response to this and to provide enlightenment to the community in South Bengkulu District, the local government held a socialization event on the Record and Reporting of Domestic Violence and Domestic Violence Act of 2018 which has the theme “We Improve Domestic Violence Prudence”.
The event held at the Reptaloka Building of South Bengkulu Government was attended by representatives from every element of the village / sub-district in South Bengkulu. Socialization started at 13.00 – 14.30 WIB was dinarasumberi directly by the Chairman of the PA Manna H. Hartawan accompanied by local government officials.
In his presentation, the Chairman of PA Manna explained how the positive law view of Indonesia through Law no. 23 of 2014 on the abolition of domestic violence (PKDRT) and also views according to Islamic law. In addition, he also responded to several questions that emerged from the participants who attended this event.
Chairman of PA Manna hope to all participants who attend and of course to be submitted to the public in general to not always solve problems in the household with violence, be it with children especially with a partner. Because it is not the right solution, it will even lead to destruction in marriage.
