www.pa-manna.go.id | Thursday (17/05) is the 1st Ramadhan of 1439 Hijri. It was a happy day for Muslims, Ahlan Wasahlan ya Ramadhan. Ramadhan, the month in which every Muslim competes in goodness, forgives the wrongs, accepts and fixes deficiencies, endeavors in the firmness of faith and away from everything that dislikes Allah Subhanahuwata’ala.
The same blessings might happen to 2 couples of Justice Seekers who had registered their case in Manna Religious Court (PA Manna). Previously, the 1st couple had registered the case with No. 0609 / Pdt.G / 2017 / PA.Mna a year ago and has been officially divorced through PA Manna. However, the Parties re register a Plaintiff regarding joint property lawsuit to PA Manna with case number 0127 / Pdt.G / 2018 / PA.Mna.
The Judges Panel consisting Rusdi, S.Ag., M.H, Ahmad Ridho Ibrahim, S.HI., M.H.., Fahmi Hamzah Rifai, S.HI. and H. Hartawan, S.H., M.H, as the mediator judge in each trial continues to strive for reconcile on both sides, the plaintiff is accompanied by her legal counsel and the defendant presented hisself. Indeed there will be nothing in vain if we will try.
Alhamdulillah, Ramadhan month always bring blessings from Allah for the chosen people, reconcile efforts goes well, both sides agree to make reconcile in terms of property lawsuit. Not just a matter of shared treasures itself, they both again decided to re tide up ropes that had broken up in the past year and take care of their child together and the case was decided to be revoked that day.
A moment please….. not just the case that was successfully reconciled by the judges on that day. Judges Panel whom should be chaired by Mr. Rusdi, S.Ag., M.H, but because he was on leave, then the position subsequently replaced by Sudiliharti, S.HI. She was then succed in reconciling the case for twice on that day with other case number is 0143 / Pdt.G / 2018 / PA.Mna.
The lawsuit just been held by the same Judges Panel at the Manna Religious Court. The 1st Ramadhan is the 4th trial for the Parties. In this trial, both parties find affection for each other back and agreed to provide the best care for their child. Finally they agreed to reconcile and revoke the case.
Ramadhan month indeed bring blessings, where the lust for the dunya is constrained for the purpose akhirah and gain the blessings from Allah. With the successful reconciliation of two cases on the first day of Ramadhan, hopefully the married journey remains upright despite there should be any obstacles. And especially to the Judges Pane who have succeeded in reconciling it, may they obtain multiple rewards from Allah Ta’ala. {KIM}
